Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Assisting in the identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
- Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough financial analysis to assess the viability of investment prospects, including modeling and valuation exercises.
- Market Research: Assisting in comprehensive market research to understand industry dynamics and competitive landscapes within the European market.
- Due Diligence Support: Supporting the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data, participating in meetings, and preparing reports to be shared internally (e.g. investment notes, formal investment memorandums) or externally (e.g. Carlyle introduction materials).
- Portfolio Management: Participating to the ongoing management of the existing portfolio companies, including assisting in preparing quarterly reports.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of investment strategies.
