Aux Insights is seeking an experienced Consulting Associate to join our team. As a Consulting Associate, you will be a part of a team that is responsible for researching, analyzing, presenting, and implementing critical insights for our clients. You will work alongside a team of management consultants and digital marketing experts to deliver valuable recommendations to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. The team moves fast so the Consulting Associate will be a key player in helping gather data, analyzing the results, and creating presentations that clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans. 

Consulting Associate Role

• Analyze and Research
  • Help the team collect data and analyze clients’ digital marketing efforts
  • Conduct deep research to understand clients’ market position
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in clients’ digital marketing plans, teams, and partners
• Ideate
  • Test, innovate, and build compelling recommendations for our clients
  • Explore leading digital marketing tools and strategies to recommend to team/client 
  • Create client recommendations and provide relevant data points to articulate the value/impact 
• Collaborate
  • Create thoughtful client presentations that articulate clients’ current state, Aux’s recommended state, and the potential benefit/value
  • Share data and analysis throughout the team in a timely and effective manner 
  • Measure impact, potential ROI, and value of marketing strategies

What we’re looking for

• Strong academics from a top-tier institution
• 1 – 3 years of strategy or management consulting experience 
• Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities, and professional judgment
• Fantastic team player and collaborator 
• Experience solvi­­ng complex business problems and formulating business strategies, through research and/or quantitative analysis
• Strong data analytics skills; ability to manage and interpret multiple datasets to inform strategy with data
• Measure, analyze, and action large volumes of data
• Comfortable working with various stakeholders in forecasting, analysis, and modeling
• Digital marketing experience a plus
