Investment Associate
Cedar Pine
OVERVIEW
Cedar Pine, an established family office, seeks an Investment Associate for its private company Investments Team. The investment platform focuses on direct investments, providing growth capital to profitable businesses, and will invest at multiple points during a company’s lifecycle, including taking privates and M&A. Opportunistically, we may also invest in earlier-stage entities. Cedar Pine currently focuses on non-life science healthcare and national security/defense sectors, with the flexibility to invest in other industries. The team continues to build out investment themes in other verticals, expanding our opportunity set while providing new team members a role in shaping our approach in these areas of interest. Cedar Pine will lead transactions or partner with sponsors and other family offices. The team will invest in funds that advance our investment strategy in select instances. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with an accomplished investor on a highly collaborative team in support of a rapidly growing and diverse portfolio of private investments and have a considerable impact.
Cedar Pine has a hybrid in-office work policy, which requires three days per week on-site in Northbrook.
