    Why Bayview Asset Management

The question “Why this firm?” is both a frequent and crucial part of most interviews.

If you’ve had the opportunity to network, it’s a great idea to mention anyone from the firm you’ve connected with and the positive impact they’ve had on your perception of the company.

In addition, doing some homework on the firm before your interview is definitely helpful. A valuable way to gain insight is by listening to interviews with its founders or key investors.

    Bayview Asset Management Case Study

Candidates are often presented with a case study during interviews, as it allows firms to evaluate both their technical skills and communication abilities. At firms like Bayview Asset Management, case studies typically center around financial modeling and making investment recommendations. For junior positions, there may also be a focus on a cold-calling case study.
