Notable Transaction: CurbWaste

CurbWaste, based in New York, offers a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to manage waste and recycling operations.

The software features CRM, task management, route logistics, fleet tracking, and data reporting, along with online ordering, invoicing, payments, and asset management. Recently, CurbWaste launched an integrated ecommerce solution, allowing customers to receive orders directly through their own websites.

On December 14, 2023, CurbWaste, a SaaS software and payments provider for the waste management industry, announced it had raised $10 million in Series A funding led by Flourish Ventures.

This marks one of the first investments by Flourish Ventures following its recent $350 million capital infusion from sole LP Pierre Omidyar.
