Forum Ventures Interview Process & Questions

The interview process at venture capital firms can vary, but here’s a general idea for what to expect at Forum Ventures:

  • Prepare for 4-6 rounds of interviews.
  • Early rounds might involve HR or junior team members, with senior investors taking over at later stages.
  • The entire process can take several weeks, unless it’s “on-cycle” or “on-campus” recruiting

Expect a mix of questions assessing your fit with the firm (fit), your past experiences (behavioral), and your knowledge of the investment industry (technical/investment).

If you’ve done some networking, this is an excellent opportunity to mention anyone you’ve met at the firm and the positive impression they made on you. Additionally, listening to interviews with the firm’s founders or investors can provide valuable insights.
