About the Role
As an Investment Team Fellow at our firm, you will work closely with our investment team while also supporting efforts to foster meaningful relationships with external stakeholders:
- Develop a point of view on emerging trends, market developments, and investment opportunities based on primary and secondary research in Activant’s thesis areas
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in relevant, strategic and ground-breaking companies that are aligned to Activant’s thesis areas and investment criteria
- Support the due diligence process, by developing financials models, writing investment memos and presentations
- Foster external relationships to grow Activant’s ecosystem of experts, executives, industry influencers, and portfolio companies

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in growth equity or venture capital investing preferred
- Additional experience at a startup/scaleup preferred
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis, proficient with power point
- Last year of Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree currently in-progress
- Fluent English speaker. Fluency in German is not required
- Must have authorization to work in Germany
- Ability to travel as necessary (domestic and internationally)
