Advisor, Talent Development

Ares Management is looking for a Talent Development Advisor to join their Global Talent Development team. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to design and implement talent development strategies. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, creating learning content, and ensuring that talent solutions align with business needs. What You’ll Do

• Act as a talent consultant for HR and business leaders
• Design and implement talent development solutions
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Create and manage learning content and vendor partnerships
• Assess organizational needs and provide strategic guidance
• Facilitate discussions and workshops

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience
• 5+ years in Talent Development
• Experience in designing talent development strategies
• Strong consulting and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Talent Development trends
