-- Ares Management is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their APAC Relationship Management team in Hong Kong. This role involves supporting investor relations and client servicing for institutional investors in Korea. You’ll work closely with senior managers, assist with communications, and help ensure a high-quality client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Korea Relationship Management team with client servicing activities
- Coordinate investor requests and due diligence processes
- Maintain CRM systems and investor records
- Participate in client meetings and prepare materials
- Assist with investor reporting and ongoing communications
- Conduct market and industry research
- Help organize investor events and meetings
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in asset management, investor relations, or a related financial services area for Analyst; 4+ years for Associate
- Experience with institutional investors in private credit or private equity is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
