Analyst, Asset Management – Real Estate Investing

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst to join their Asset Management team, focusing on office, life science, and retail properties. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of these assets, perform financial analyses, and assist with budgeting and strategic planning. What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day operations of multi-tenant properties
• Perform financial analysis and valuation for leasing and redevelopment
• Review and summarize third-party appraisal reports
• Assist in the annual budget process and business plans
• Travel to property sites to support operational oversight
• Help with asset sales and acquisitions

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• 1-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of real estate finance principles
• Experience in office or retail real estate is a plus
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret real estate documents
