What You’ll Do

• Support business development and investor relations efforts
• Assist with research and mapping of prospects
• Maintain Salesforce data and activity reports
• Participate in client and consultant calls
• Help coordinate client portfolio reviews

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance-related field
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
