In this role, you’ll manage the company’s financial structure and help secure the capital needed for growth. You’ll work on financial modeling, market analysis, and investor relations, all while being part of a mission-driven company focused on sustainable technology.
What You’ll Do
- Help develop and execute the company’s capital strategy.
- Support new debt and equity issuances and manage the closing process.
- Build and stress-test financial models for financing proposals.
- Monitor capital markets and inform internal strategies.
- Create marketing materials for investors and assist in negotiations.
What You Need
- 1-3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
- Experience in Debt or Equity Capital Markets is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CFA designation or candidate is a bonus.
