Analyst, Capital Solutions – Growth & Credit Investing

General Atlantic is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their Capital Solutions team in New York. This role will focus on supporting the Sustainable Infrastructure business, helping with product management and fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will conduct investor research, prepare materials, and engage with institutional investors to effectively represent Actis’s investment capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research on institutional investors to identify new prospects
• Maintain and leverage internal CRM to track investor data
• Support fundraising roadshows and investor events
• Respond to investor queries and prepare briefing materials
• Develop and refine fundraising and investor relations materials
• Coordinate with teams to ensure effective marketing of funds

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or consulting
• Interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and impact investing
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Highly organized and proactive
