Analyst, Client Relations

StepStone Group is looking for a detail-oriented Analyst in Client Relations to join their team. In this role, you’ll manage operations for offshore funds and work closely with clients and internal teams. What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations for offshore funds, focusing on investor services
• Coordinate with fund vendors for investor communications and reporting
• Assist with educational calls for clients and distribution partners
• Work with internal teams on fund and investor inquiries

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or management preferred
• At least one year of experience in financial services
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Adobe Acrobat
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
