Analyst, Co-Investments – Buyout & LBO Investing

GCM Grosvenor is looking for a Private Equity Investments Analyst to join their team in New York. In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of private equity investments, from due diligence to transaction execution. You’ll work closely with a team to analyze investment opportunities and monitor portfolio performance. This is a great chance to grow your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with investment transactions from start to finish
• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment recommendations
• Build and modify financial models for cash flow projections
• Prepare investment memorandums and present findings
• Review deal terms with legal counsel
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance
• Support fundraising efforts for private equity funds
• Assist with special projects as needed

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
• 1 – 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent financial modeling skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Team player with a proactive approach
• High degree of integrity and work ethic
