Analyst, Co-Investments – Buyout & LBO Investing

The Carlyle Group is looking for a 2-Year Analyst for their Co-Investments team in Hong Kong. This role involves supporting investment functions like financial modeling and portfolio monitoring. You’ll work closely with senior team members and have the chance to develop relationships with general partners and investors. What You’ll Do

• Review private equity investment opportunities with critical thinking.
• Build detailed financial models and conduct industry analysis.
• Monitor ongoing portfolio companies and interact with general partners.
• Prepare investor updates and support fundraising activities.
• Assist senior team members in executing transactions.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field like accounting or economics.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
