- Strong writing skills for producing clear and concise content.
- Ability to connect macro trends with real estate fundamentals.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and analytical environment.
- Good collaboration skills, working well with different teams.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate metrics and market dynamics is a plus.
