Galvanize is looking for an Analyst or Associate to join their Investor Partnerships team in New York. This role involves managing relationships with investors and supporting fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in private credit and a passion for energy-transition investments. You’ll work closely with senior team members and have the opportunity to grow your skills in investor relations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage information requests from investors and track their progress.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to create and refine investment materials.
  • Maintain detailed records of investor interactions using Salesforce.
  • Prepare comprehensive materials for investor meetings.
  • Assist in managing follow-up workflows and correspondence with investors.
  • Coordinate investor events and meetings.
  • Develop expertise to independently lead investor meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of work experience, ideally in investment banking or private credit.
  • Strong integrity and good judgment.
  • Experience in private credit investing.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
