Analyst, CVC Venture Investing

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in high-potential startups.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, incubators, and VC funds.
• Screen potential investments by analyzing product-market fit and team strength.
• Assist with due diligence on startups, summarizing findings for investment memos.
• Help manage the internal CRM system for accurate startup information.
• Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports for leadership.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a startup environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Passion for emerging technologies and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Knowledge of the AECO industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like PitchBook or Tracxn is preferred.
• Additional German language skills are a plus.
