Analyst, Deal Execution – Venture Investing

Mizzen Capital is looking for an Analyst to join their Deal Execution team. This remote role involves supporting the underwriting and monitoring of private credit investments. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in deal evaluation and portfolio management. What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed research on companies and industries.
• Perform financial analysis of potential investments.
• Support due diligence efforts and compliance checks.
• Prepare investment materials and reports.
• Build relationships with portfolio company contacts.
• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and risks.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, private equity, or similar fields.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and think independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
