$12B Bracebridge Capital, LLC is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their Deal Structuring team in Boston. This role involves structuring and executing complex transactions in the securitized products space, with a focus on both U.S. and European markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured finance and a passion for innovative deal-making.
What You’ll Do
- Structure securitized product deals, focusing on U.S. and European assets.
- Drive deal structuring efforts, including valuation analysis and scenario modeling.
- Negotiate key transaction terms with external counterparties.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate deal execution and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate new opportunities in structured credit markets.
- Analyze credit enhancement mechanisms to support investment decisions.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; top academic credentials preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in securitized product structuring, ideally with exposure to both U.S. and European markets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in modeling and structured finance analytics.
- Experience with tools such as Intex and Bloomberg; programming proficiency (VBA, C#, or SQL) is highly valued.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
