-- K1 Investment Management is looking for a Private Equity Analyst to join their team in Manhattan Beach, CA, starting in February 2026. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for evaluating investments. You’ll work closely with executives and collaborate with various teams to drive value creation.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate new investments and identify key value creation levers
- Meet with executives and advisors to represent K1
- Build financial models and run analyses
- Present potential investments to the Investment Committee
- Collaborate with finance teams on budgets
- Coordinate data collection for diligence sessions
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree (complete by December 2025)
- Strong academic career, regardless of subject matter
- Adaptable and results-oriented
- Excellent analytical and strategic skills
- Proactive with a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail and high integrity
