Analyst, Diligence – Venture Investing

K1 Investment Management is looking for a Private Equity Analyst to join their team in Manhattan Beach, CA, starting in September 2026. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for evaluating investments. You’ll work closely with executives and collaborate with various teams to drive value creation in portfolio companies.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate new investments and identify key value drivers
• Meet with executives and advisors to represent K1
• Build financial models and conduct analyses
• Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgets
• Coordinate data collection for diligence sessions
• Work with various teams at K1 on deals

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree (to be completed by December 2025)
