Analyst, Equity Real Estate Investing

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst to join their industrial acquisitions team in Bellevue. In this role, you’ll perform financial analysis and support acquisition activities to help expand their real estate portfolio. You’ll work closely with various teams and have a direct impact on key business operations. What You’ll Do

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for acquisitions.
• Create cash flow models to evaluate investment returns.
• Prepare investment memos for decision-making bodies.
• Analyze market data to inform investment decisions.
• Maintain a database of market comps and transactions.
• Support senior management with operational tasks.
• Represent the firm professionally in the real estate community.
• Organize and update investor materials for regional assets.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in Argus Enterprise; certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel for financial analysis.
• Background in real estate or finance is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Ability to understand and create real estate documents.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word are preferred.
