What You’ll Do
- Support the Japan ESG strategy and implementation framework.
- Manage ESG workstreams from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with various teams on ESG integration.
- Assist with ESG data collection and reporting.
- Support ESG due diligence for transactions.
- Prepare presentations and program updates.
- Lead data management initiatives.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Strong business-level English communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Genuine interest in ESG and sustainability.
