Analyst, Real Estate Investments Europe

Oxford Properties Group is looking for an Analyst to join their Investments team in Europe. This role involves analyzing real estate investment opportunities and supporting transaction executions. You’ll work closely with senior team members and have the chance to engage with a diverse range of real estate assets. What You’ll Do

• Analyze real estate investment opportunities and market research.
• Support senior team members in executing transactions.
• Work on financial analysis and modeling of real estate cash flows.
• Prepare documents for internal and external purposes.
• Collaborate with asset management on portfolio management tasks.

What You Need

• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Up to 12 months of experience in investment or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and valuation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
