What You’ll Do
- Help track and share marketing materials with financial advisors and clients
- Be the go-to person for advisors and clients during the application process
- Review and manage investor applications for accuracy and completeness
- Organize documentation for compliance checks
- Keep internal systems updated with transaction data
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Communicate updates and next steps to clients and advisors
- Assist with account maintenance requests
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least one year in client service or operations, ideally in finance or real estate
- Experience with high-net-worth clients and detailed documentation
- Familiarity with trust and corporate documentation
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and KYC/AML processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat
