Analyst, Fund Finance

Blackstone is looking for an Analyst to join their EMEA Fund Finance team in London. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to manage fund accounting, financial reporting, and liquidity management. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of European funds across multiple asset classes, providing valuable insights and analysis to senior management.

What You’ll Do

• Work with internal and external teams to manage fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Oversee the monthly NAV process and validate fund activities.
• Support liquidity management and ensure sufficient funds are available.
• Analyze financial information and prepare reports for senior management.
• Coordinate Fund Board meetings and manage reporting materials.
• Assist with audits and financial statement preparation.
• Collaborate with tax teams for compliance and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What You Need

• Degree educated and ACA qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification).
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience in private equity, private credit, or asset management is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
