Analyst, Growth Equity Portfolio Operations

Adams Street Partners is looking for an Analyst to join their Growth Equity Portfolio Operations team. In this role, you’ll manage various operational tasks to support the Growth team, including portfolio analysis, marketing support, and deal pipeline management. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience who is eager to grow and take on more responsibility in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage fund accounting, fundraising, and internal operations for the Growth team.
• Coordinate with portfolio companies for financial data and reporting.
• Support the monthly valuation process and portfolio tracking initiatives.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and responding to RFPs.
• Track new investments and coordinate the closing process.
• Produce quarterly updates and newsletters for stakeholders.
• Interface with other teams to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Need

• 2-6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or marketing.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty.
• Creative and intellectually curious.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Growth team’s strategy.
• Desire for growth and increased responsibility over time.
