Analyst, High Yield Credit Investing

Polen Capital is looking for a Research Analyst in High Yield to join their team in Waltham, MA. In this role, you’ll dive deep into industry research and provide valuable insights to help manage credit portfolios. You’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers and have the chance to collaborate with various teams to support the firm’s growth. What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth research on industries and companies for investment analysis
• Provide buy/sell recommendations to Portfolio Managers
• Analyze financial, legal, and ESG aspects of investments
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts for idea generation
• Collaborate with marketing to support asset growth

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in credit investing, especially in high-yield and leveraged loans
• Strong skills in financial statement analysis, modeling, and valuation
• Purpose-driven with a focus on community and client service
