Analyst, Institutional Client Group (ICG) Asia Pacific

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Analyst to join their Institutional Client Group in Asia Pacific. This role involves supporting fundraising and strategic account initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership. What You’ll Do

• Help develop and execute strategic business plans for fundraising in APAC.
• Track and deliver key regional initiatives to optimize sales efforts.
• Prepare analysis and presentations for senior management discussions.
• Support the development of key strategic accounts and drive account planning.
• Create materials for client meetings and partnership discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on client engagement initiatives.
• Produce reports and analysis for the sales team to support decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in execution.

What You Need

• Strong academic record with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Interest in fundraising and client strategy, with knowledge of private credit and private equity preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing materials for senior-level discussions.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
• Team-oriented and collaborative across different functions.
• Proactive and focused on execution with a strong sense of ownership.
