What You’ll Do

  • Work with the investment team to refine investment strategies and identify new opportunities

  • Support the investment process from sourcing deals to due diligence
  • Create financial models to evaluate potential investments
  • Monitor portfolio performance and suggest ways to enhance impact
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly to support strategic initiatives

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
  • 2+ years in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, impact investing, and education/workforce development
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
