Analyst, Institutional Client Group

What You’ll Do

• Support the sales and product team with presentations and data management.
• Coordinate investor meetings and roadshows.
• Work with investment and marketing teams on thought leadership materials.
• Create and review meeting memorandums and presentations.
• Customize marketing materials for meetings.
• Research and maintain investor information in CRM systems.
• Assist in managing the sales process with investors.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter who can work well in a team or independently.
