Analyst, Investment Analyst – Growth & Venture Strategy

Susquehanna Growth Equity is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced investment professionals throughout the investment process. You will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. What You’ll Do

• Identify and build relationships with top B2B tech companies.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments.
• Analyze market trends and company valuations.
• Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with portfolio companies to drive value creation.
• Travel to meet with companies across North America.

What You Need

• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
• Passion for building relationships with entrepreneurs.
