Analyst, Investment Operations

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth investment closing processes.
• Collaborate to collect and maintain investment data.
• Help with legal entity creation and onboarding.
• Manage investment-related documents and communications.
• Calculate performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Analyze portfolio company performance.
• Assist with cash management and transaction oversight.
• Identify and monitor operational risks.

What You Need

• 1+ year of relevant work experience in audit, accounting, or finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Team player who can build relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Sigma preferred.
