$143B Petra Funds Group is looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to join their Venture Capital team in San Diego. This role involves supporting transaction execution and managing multiple deals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative setting.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare client allocations for each VC investment transaction.
- Support transaction funding logistics, including capital calls.
- Handle complex operational matters like FX and deal syndications.
- Monitor deals through Power BI reporting.
- Coordinate with various teams to keep transactions on track.
- Manage information flow within the deal team.
What You Need
- 1-4 years of experience in investment operations or a related field.
- Experience in fund-of-fund trading or venture capital is a plus.
- Familiarity with LP interest secondaries and co-investments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical skills and IT proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
