$3.5B KU Endowment is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Lawrence, KS. This role involves supporting the oversight of a significant private equity and venture capital portfolio. The analyst will engage in portfolio analysis, manager due diligence, and contribute to various investment strategies while working in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help find and evaluate private equity and venture capital managers.
- Monitor investment performance and maintain internal databases.
- Prepare performance reports and materials for meetings.
- Conduct research on market trends and investment strategies.
- Support asset allocation and liquidity forecasting.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in institutional asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
- Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
- Progress toward CFA or CAIA is preferred.
