Analyst, Investment Strategy

MAXIMAI Investment Partners is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Coral Gables, FL. In this role, you’ll support trade execution, research investments, and help prepare materials for client presentations. What You’ll Do

• Support daily trade execution and settlement for client accounts.
• Oversee alternative investments and collaborate with peers for timely funding.
• Research and evaluate various investment options to support decision-making.
• Compile market data for presentations and client materials.
• Maintain accurate investment data in CRM and portfolio systems.
• Prepare materials for quarterly Investment Committee meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in wealth management, ideally with some RIA experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Series 65 required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Bloomberg or Morningstar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
