What You’ll Do
- Help evaluate and underwrite investment opportunities in industrial real estate.
- Build and maintain financial models for various investment analyses.

- Prepare investment reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor asset performance and provide insights to the team.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, credit investing, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with financial statements and real estate documents is a plus.
