Catalyst Health Ventures is looking for an Investor Relations & Operations Analyst to join their team in Boston. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience who is eager to dive into the world of venture capital. You’ll be involved in everything from investor communications to financial processes, making it a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and update investor presentation materials
  • Draft quarterly investor letters and manage communications
  • Research potential investors and maintain contact lists
  • Enter accounts payable and track fund expenses
  • Maintain the firm’s LinkedIn profile and website
  • Manage team calendars and event planning

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of post-graduate, full-time professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and manage deadlines
  • Interest in venture capital, startups, and investor relations
