Analyst, Investor Services – Real Estate Investor Relations

LaSalle Investment Management is looking for an Analyst to join their Investor Services team in Munich. This entry-level position involves working closely with various teams to provide top-notch client service. You’ll be responsible for managing investor queries, assisting with onboarding, and supporting the preparation of proposals. It’s a great opportunity to learn about investor services in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Help with the investor onboarding process alongside the IR and Compliance teams.
• Manage the central mailbox for investor queries and ensure timely responses.
• Assist with preparing and coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Handle due diligence questionnaires and requests for information.
• Support data gathering and validation activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance client service.
• Respond to internal and external audit inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

What You Need

• Fluency in German and English is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and a quick learner.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in investment processes.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and Juniper Square is a plus.
