Analyst, Fund Management Global Private Equity – Japan Buyout

The Analyst role at Carlyle’s Japan Buyout platform involves coordinating reporting and valuation processes for portfolio companies. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure accurate financial data and support M&A execution. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate reporting and valuation processes for portfolio companies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data
• Support the valuation process and prepare valuation reports
• Manage execution of documents during deal processes
• Assist with investor relations and prepare responses for LP inquiries
• Lead projects to enhance reporting and technology

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 0-2 years of relevant analytical experience
• Strong accounting or financial background
• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
