Analyst, Investment Analyst – Korea Credit

Ares Management is looking for an Associate Investment Analyst to join their Korea Credit team in Seoul. This role involves analyzing investment opportunities, working closely with senior professionals, and engaging with industry participants. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in investing and a knack for detailed financial analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Work with senior investment professionals on deals
• Engage with companies to manage investments
• Research industry data and trends
• Analyze financial statements and build models
• Identify investment risks and suggest mitigants
• Prepare investment recommendations and reports
• Participate in meetings with companies and committees

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong academic performance
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields
• Passion for investing and valuation
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with numbers
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Korean
• Detail-oriented and a team player
