Analyst, Leadership Program

The Blackstone Executive Offices are looking for an Analyst to join their Leadership Program. This role involves supporting the executive office on important firm-wide initiatives and requires a two-year commitment. You will work closely with various teams, manage client relationships, and help with presentations and reports. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Draft briefs and presentations for senior management.
• Interact with Blackstone leadership across various teams.
• Manage key client relationships and pitches.
• Aggregate fund performance and sales metrics.
• Support bank relationship management.
• Assist with public shareholder communications.
• Track competitor and industry data.

What You Need

• 1+ years of experience in financial services is preferred.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in reading SEC filings and financial statements.
• Interest in financial markets and current events.
