General Atlantic is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. This role involves providing essential finance support for various international entities, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, helping to strengthen the finance function as the firm continues to grow in the infrastructure investment space.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with accounting service providers for accurate financial reporting.
  • Review and validate accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management accounts.
  • Communicate financial updates to internal teams.
  • Identify process improvements in finance operations.

What You Need

  • Strong understanding of journal entries and accounting principles.
  • Experience with a major ERP system like Workday or SAP.
  • Ability to review reconciliations and financial statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
