$1100B The Blackstone Operating Team is looking for a CAO & COO Analyst to support key initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders. This role involves creating marketing content, managing data, and supporting the Senior Advisor Program. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to contribute to the success of Blackstone’s portfolio companies.
What You’ll Do
- Create marketing materials for key events and maintain team resources
- Manage the Senior Advisor Program, including onboarding and coordination
- Assist with data management and reporting for senior-level stakeholders
- Support various ad hoc projects related to portfolio analysis
What You Need
- Undergraduate degree required
- At least 1 year of work experience in finance or a similar professional services environment
- Strong PowerPoint skills for storytelling and narrative development
- Project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization
- Ability to work independently and manage quick turnarounds
- Team player who embodies Blackstone’s culture
