The Analyst will create client-ready materials, assist in deal execution, and maintain relationships with investors. What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality PowerPoint materials for client presentations.
• Support the syndication process for various debt instruments.
• Assist senior professionals in structuring and marketing deals.
• Maintain pricing analyses and market data for recommendations.
• Participate in calls and meetings to manage deal flow.
• Prepare and organize syndication materials and reports.
• Engage with accounts to track investor feedback and inquiries.
• Help automate data management processes using AI tools.

What You Need

• 1 to 3 years of investment banking experience at a top-tier firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in creating polished presentation materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
