What You’ll Do
- Research LPs, family offices, and institutional allocators
- Track pipelines and manage LP follow-ups
- Support diligence workflows and prepare materials
- Assist with dealflow intake and internal briefing notes
- Maintain the CRM and drive operational improvements
What You Need
- 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage details without dropping the ball
- Sharp judgment and strong writing skills
- Prior fundraising experience is a plus, but not required
