What You’ll Do
- Join the Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors underwriting team.
- Analyze leveraged lending transactions and build financial models.
- Prepare projection case scenarios and conduct financial due diligence.
- Prepare initial deal reviews and credit memorandums.
What You Need
- 1 to 3 years of experience in leveraged lending, investment banking, private equity, or accounting.
- Strong credit analysis skills and meaningful underwriting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
