What You’ll Do

• Help plan and execute various events like dinners and networking gatherings.
• Manage logistics to ensure smooth experiences for attendees.
• Support community engagement through curated events and content.
• Draft and manage event communications like invitations and reminders.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and track event performance.
• Document processes to streamline event execution.
• Build tools to automate tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Coordinate in-office logistics and vendor management.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
